Enercon Super Seal 100
Enercon super seal 100 is the industry standard for induction cap sealing. Designed to sit alongside a conveyor, sealing the foil seals under the lid while passing under the super seal.
ICP Trigger Pack Capper Head
ICP-C1 Trigger capper is designed to tighten trigger, spray & pump caps from 10-45mm. This heavy-duty capping head has been designed to be attached to a full production line as an automatic capper attachment
ICP Bottomless Conveyor (transfer belts)
ICP transfer belt (Bottomless conveyor) is designed to transfer containers to another conveyor/labeller or for batch coding the underside of containers.
It can also be used to space containers onto a labeller or coder.
ICP Sensor Box
ICP electric sensor to air control box has been designed to sit alongside a pneumatic auto filling machine and/or automatic capers.
ICP Sensor box works by taking an electric signal from proximity, retro-reflective or IRD sensors and converting the sensor signal to an air signal that the machine requires.
Aztro David Automatic labellers
Auto labellers like the Aztro David wrap belt or the Aztro David wrap-in-place can be set up to work inline, adding to the automation process.
Installing an Aztro David with a transfer belt to space the containers onto the labeller can ensure seamless operation.
