The Complete Cosmetic Production Line
Rentafill supplies every piece of equipment in the cosmetic and beauty manufacturing process. Each type is available to hire or purchase, individually or as a complete line.
Filling Machines
The most technically demanding stage for cosmetics — product viscosity varies enormously across a typical range. We supply:
- Flow/peristaltic fillers — serums, toners, micellar water
- Piston fillers — lotions, moisturisers, shampoos, conditioners
- Piston with heated nozzle — thick creams, balms, ointments
- Peristaltic pump — nail polish, solvent-sensitive liquids
Available as benchtop single-head units or automatic multi-head inline systems.

Perfect for: All cosmetic and beauty product viscosities, from water-thin serums to thick balms
Capping Machines
Cosmetics use more closure types than almost any other industry. Our capping machines cover the full range:
- Screw cappers — bottles, jars, tubes
- Pump dispensers — lotions, foundations, serums
- Dropper cap placement — facial oils, serums, tinctures
- Trigger sprayers — facial mists, setting sprays
- ROPP aluminium closures — fragrances, premium skincare
Benchtop for short runs; automatic inline for continuous production.

Perfect for: All closure types — from screw caps and pump tops to ROPP aluminium for fragrances
Labelling Machines
Label placement consistency is critical in beauty — crooked labels are immediately visible on shelf. We supply:
- Wrap-around labelling — round bottles, jars, cylindrical containers
- Front & back labelling — flat-sided and rectangular packs
- Top labelling — lids, compacts, flat packaging
- Pressure-sensitive self-adhesive — standard across cosmetics
Benchtop labellers for artisan runs; automatic inline labellers for speed.

Perfect for: All container shapes — from round serum bottles to flat compact cases
Induction Sealers
Induction sealing adds a foil barrier beneath the cap — providing tamper evidence and extending product shelf life. Increasingly expected by retailers and required for some TGA-regulated categories.
- Suitable for plastic and glass containers with foil-lined caps
- Standalone benchtop unit or integrated inline
- Heat sealing also available for sachets, pouches and single-use formats
A must-have for premium skincare, supplements, and TGA-registered topicals.

Perfect for: Premium skincare, TGA-regulated products, and any line requiring tamper evidence
Coding & Printing Machines
Cosmetic products require batch coding, manufacturing dates, and often ingredient traceability marking for TGA and ACCC compliance.
- Inkjet coders — batch numbers, expiry dates on bottles and lids
- Thermal transfer printers — high-resolution label printing
- Laser coders — permanent marking on glass, plastic, or metal
Integrated inline after labelling to mark the finished container before dispatch.

Perfect for: Any product requiring batch codes, expiry dates, or compliance traceability marking
Conveyors & Material Handling
As production volumes grow, manual transfer between machines becomes the bottleneck. Conveyors and accumulation tables connect your line into a single flowing system.
- Transfer belts — move containers between filling, capping and labelling
- Rotary accumulation tables — buffer stock between machines
- Product guides — keep containers aligned at each stage
Reduces operator touchpoints, improves throughput, and lowers contamination risk.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can one filling machine handle all our cosmetic products?
This depends on the viscosity range of your products. A single piston filling machine often handles the majority of a cosmetics range, but very thin liquids (serums) and very thick products (balms) may require different configurations or separate machines. Tell us your full product list when you enquire and we’ll advise the best approach — sometimes a single machine with interchangeable nozzles is sufficient.
How quickly can you deliver equipment to our site?
For standard hire equipment, we can typically deliver within one to two business days to the Sydney metro area, and two to three days for Melbourne and surrounding regions. For new equipment purchases, lead time depends on the model. Contact our team on 02 9987 1871 to confirm availability and delivery timing for your location.
Do your filling machines meet TGA and food safety standards?
We supply machines suitable for TGA-registered and cosmetic-grade production environments. If you have specific regulatory requirements — including GMP compliance, cleanroom compatibility, or CIP (clean-in-place) cleaning — let us know when you enquire and we’ll confirm the right machine for your application.
Can we hire for a short product launch run and then purchase later?
Yes — this is one of our most common arrangements with cosmetics businesses. Hiring first is an excellent way to confirm a machine works for your product and production setup before committing to purchase. Many of our customers start with a short-term hire and transition to purchase once their volumes are established.
Can you supply a complete cosmetics production line?
Yes. We can supply all equipment from filling through to coding as a complete hire or purchase package, configure everything to work together, and commission the full line at your facility. Our team will help you determine the right equipment combination for your space, products, and required output speed. Contact us to discuss your production requirements.
Do you deliver to all Australian states?
Yes. We deliver packaging equipment to cosmetics manufacturers across all Australian states and territories. Our head office and warehouse is in Hornsby, NSW and we have a service agent in Braeside, VIC. Contact us to confirm lead times for your location.
Ready to Talk Through Your Cosmetic Production Line?
