ICP Twin Head production line is built to accommodate customers wanting to take the next step into automation.
The single head filling line can be configured with the following machines
- ICP-M2RV Auto Multi Filler 2.5ml to 1.25 Litre
- ICP-AC1 Auto capping machine
- Rotary Accumulation table ICP 1100mm
- ICP Rotary Sorting Table
- ICP Conveyor 3.3 – 3.6 metre
Depending on the level of automation will depend on the number of machines required.
3 Person Operation
One person at each end of the conveyor and one monitoring the filling and placing caps on containers.

2 Person Operation
One person at the front placing containers on the conveyor and one monitoring the filling and placing caps on containers.

1 Person Operation
One person monitoring the filling and placing caps on containers.

A second person in this configuration will speed up production and would be used to fill the sorting table and empty the accumulation table.
