The ICP-AC1 Auto Capper is available for hire Australia-wide, offering threaded closure speeds of up to 60 units per minute. Designed and built in Sydney by ICP Packaging Machines Australia, it mounts directly onto a running conveyor belt and adjusts to suit containers from 0 to 450mm tall.

Consistent, Adjustable Torque Control
Unlike traditional cappers that rely on a simple timer — which can result in under- or over-tightening — the ICP-AC1 uses air torque motors that stall out at a precisely set, infinitely adjustable torque. The tightening head descends onto the bottle as the chuck engages, and independent timers control the delay and dwell times of both the capping chuck and the container clamping jaws, giving fine control over speed and consistency.
