The AC-1 is a highly customisable capping machine designed to operate over a running conveyor belt. It can handle a wide variety of cap types and sizes, from 10mm to 100mm.
We offer both a fully pneumatic and flameproof model or an electric timer-controlled model. Both options have a stainless-steel control box, a bottle clamping and gating system, no-bottle, no-cap protection, and feature fully adjustable speed and torque settings.
Rentafill can supply the AC-1 in its free-standing mode to attach to your conveyor or provide the capper mounted on an ICP or ASSET conveyor for your convenience.
