Premium quality 316 stainless steel positive shut-off nozzle designed and built specifically for the ICP-1 Benchtop Filling Machine. Ideal for applications requiring accurate fills, clean cut-off, and drip-free performance.
The nozzle can be mounted directly to the valve body or fitted to an optional gooseneck mount, allowing greater flexibility for height adjustment and container clearance.
Positive Shut-Off Operation
This nozzle uses a plug-type positive sealing system located inside the nozzle body above the actual nozzle tip. When closed, the plug completely seals the top of the nozzle, creating a true positive shut-off that holds product tension within the nozzle and prevents dripping between fills.
This design provides clean cut-off, improved filling accuracy, and consistent repeatable results—ideal for products where presentation, cleanliness, and dosing precision are critical.
Pneumatic Cylinder Control
Supplied standard with quality Festo or SMC pneumatic cylinders, complete with flow controls on both the extend and retract ports. This allows precise adjustment of the nozzle opening and closing speeds, giving smoother operation and better control over different product types.
Premium Materials & Seals
- Main components manufactured from 316 stainless steel
- Tri-clamp manufactured from 304 stainless steel
- Standard seals include Viton O-rings
- Silicone or polyurethane U-cup seals available depending on product suitability
