High-quality 316 stainless positive shut-off nozzle – Custom built for the ICP-1 benchtop filling machines.
It can be mounted directly to the valve body or to a gooseneck to give you more freedom of height adjustment.
The nozzle works by positively sealing the very top of the nozzle – like putting your thumb over the top of a straw – and in return, stopping the dripping between fills and ensuring the accuracy of the filling cycle.
The nozzle comes standard with Festo or SMC standard pneumatic cylinders with flow controls on both the in and out of the cylinder, giving the ability to adjust the speed of both the down and up travel of the piston inside the nozzle.
All parts are made from 316 stainless steel – exception for the Tri-clamp, which is 304 stainless.
Seals come standard with Viton O rings and silicone or polyurethane U cup seals.
Nozzle tips can be supplied in any size from 4mm ID to 20mm ID (5.5 – 22.4mm OD)
