Hire the ICP-M5 for your next production run
The ICP-M5 is a heavy-duty inline liquid filling machine designed and built in Australia by ICP Packaging Machines Australia. Its two volumetric piston cylinders fill two containers at the same time. Automatic bottom-up filling helps reduce splashing, and the fill and recharge speeds can be adjusted to suit the product.
Hire it for a short production run, to cover a busy period or to test an automatic filling setup with your own product and containers. The ICP-M5 can handle suitable food products such as sauces and oils, as well as chemical products such as detergents and cleaning liquids. - Twin-head filling. Two 5 L piston cylinders fill two containers at once, with an adjustable range of 500 mL to 5 L per head.
- Automatic bottom-up filling. The nozzles fill from low in the container to help control splashing and to limit foaming.
- Spool valve system. Suitable for hot filling up to 95 °C with the appropriate setup.
- Tool-free cleaning. Removable product-contact components include 316 stainless steel and food-grade materials.
- Repeatable setup. Digital counters help operators return to previous fill and nozzle settings. Fill and recharge speeds can be adjusted independently.
- Industrial construction. SMC and Festo pneumatic components and a 304 stainless steel trolley with locking castors.

- Conveyor and gating. Use a suitable existing conveyor or ask us to quote a conveyor with the hire. Share your conveyor dimensions and container sizes so we can check the layout.
- Container detection. Pneumatic whisker switches or electronic detection options, including IRD, ultrasonic or retro-reflective sensors, depending on the hire unit and application.
- Nozzles and product feed. Alternative positive shut-off, plug or suck-back nozzles and product inlet connections from 1 to 3 inches are available to suit the setup.
