We’ve designed and built the unique Rentafill Multi in Australia. It’s one of the only machines on the market today that can genuinely be described as a MULTI Filler and allows for the following configurations:

  • 3 x 1 litre cylinder (100ml – 1 litre)
  • 2 x 2 litre cylinder (200ml – 2 litre)
  • 1 x 5 litre cylinder (500ml – 5 litre)

It’s available as a benchtop machine or you can attach to an auto trolley with BUF, with gates and sensors for fully automatic operation.

Rentafill Multi incorporates a spool valve design allowing the multi to handle products from thin liquids, creams, thick pastes, products with soft suspended solids or even sauces up to 95 deg C in temperature.

It has adjustable nozzle heads with multiple sizes to suit customer requirements.

  • Product piston fitted with O-ring energised Teflon/HDPE glide ring seal.
  • Quick connect tri-clover product inlet/outlet fittings.
  • Individually adjustable fill and recharge speed.
  • Fill accuracy ± 0.5% or better.
  • Fitted with an air-operated spool valve capable of filling products with suspended solids up to 95 Deg C.
  • Various inlet connections from 1″- 3″ inch.
  • Range of standard nozzles from 5 – 25mm.
  • Range of optional powered nozzles from positive shutoff (PSO) nozzle, plug & suck-back nozzle.
