The Rentafill Multi is Australian designed and manufactured heavy-duty volumetric filling machine. All contact parts are 316 stainless steel. The Machine will draw from a tank via inlet hose. The machine consists of a power base that can be configured as:
- 1 litre triple head machine.
- Twin head 2 litre, 500ml, 250ml, 125ml and 50ml configurations.
- 5 litre single head machine.
Multi filler has been built purposely for use as an automatic filler and designed to be attached to a conveyor system.
Fully adjustable for speed and volume control, it can handle fill sizes from 5mL to 5000ml (using interchangeable cylinders). It features bottom-up fill and can be accompanied with Positive Shut Off nozzles (PSO nozzle)
Suitable for any free-flowing products, and it is self-priming from a floor tank or can be supplied from the overhead tank or pump feed.
Suitable for hot filling and food products, including products with particles in suspension.
