Compact-A-Pad is a high-quality portable semiautomatic Labeller. With fibre-optic container sensing, pneumatically operated pressure pad and suction pad are designed to apply one or two labels to flat-sided containers.

It’s ideal for labelling the top or bottom of jars, lids or square/oval containers like olive oil containers, trigger bottles or even 5L jerry-style containers.

Due to the need to make PAD’s to suit your containers, this is a special order product with a lead time of approximately 4-6 weeks.

Compact-A-Pad is a user-friendly portable semi-automatic Labeller designed to apply one or two labels to flat or oval containers and accommodate left or right edge leading labels.

Constructed from stainless steel & aluminium, this PLC-driven labeller has high-quality components for leading suppliers that make it a standout for quality and reliability.

Compact-A-Pad’s unique feature is its fibre-optic container sensor that senses the container on the platform, activating the labelling process. A pneumatic operated pressure pad and wastepaper spool collect the waste backing paper.

The NEW 2021 model now comes with a LionEye2 label gap sensor for added reliability.
