Rentafill 3 Head production line is built to accommodate customers wanting to speed up production.
The 3 head filling line can be configured with the following machines
- RENTAFILL Automatic Multi filler
- ICP-AC1 Auto capping machine
- Rotary Accumulation table ICP 1100mm
- ICP Rotary Sorting Table
- ICP Conveyor 3.3 – 3.6 metre
Depending on the level of automation will depend on the number of machines required.
3 Person Operation
One person at each end of the conveyor and one monitoring the filling and placing caps on containers.
2 Person Operation
One person at the front placing containers on the conveyor and one monitoring the filling and placing caps on containers.

One person monitoring the filling and placing caps on containers.
