Gravity fillers allow you to fill bottles with still products quickly and easily, with an accurate and consistent fill level. This 4 head machine is straightforward to operate, and the fill level is easily adjusted.
Fill level is based on the liquid height in the bottle’s neck rather than the accurate volume of the fill in millilitres. This method is excellent for Wine, spirits, and similar products.
The Gravity filler comes with a float valve system in the storage tank allowing the user to connect an IBC/VAT directly to the storage tank on the Morri filler. The float valve will allow the product to flow from the storage IBC/VAT vessel to automatically top up the Morri filler. Note the storage tank will need to be at the same level as the Morri or higher.
