BenchMAX Benchtop Labelling Machine Hire – Wrap-Around Bottle Labeller
Professional Bottle & Jar Labelling Without Buying the Machine
Need a fast and accurate way to label bottles, jars, cans or other round containers without investing in your own labelling machine?
The BenchMAX benchtop labelling machine is available to hire from Rentafill for short-term production runs, seasonal demand, product launches, contract packing and ongoing production.
Made in Australia by Great Engineering, the BenchMAX is a commercial-quality semi-automatic wrap-around labelling machine designed to apply pressure-sensitive labels accurately and consistently to round containers.
It is compact enough to operate from a bench while offering the speed and flexibility required for commercial production.
Rentafill supplies the BenchMAX for HIRE ONLY.
Benchtop Wrap-Around Labelling Machine Hire
Hand applying labels becomes slow and inconsistent surprisingly quickly as production volumes increase.
The BenchMAX provides a simple step between manual labelling and a fully automatic inline labelling machine.
Place the container into the machine and activate the labelling cycle. The BenchMAX rotates the container while applying the label, producing an even and repeatable application around the bottle or jar.
Depending on your label format and machine configuration, it can be used for single labels, full or partial wrap-around labels, and front-and-back labelling.
With production rates of up to approximately 1,500 containers per hour under suitable conditions, the BenchMAX is an excellent choice when you need significantly more output than hand labelling without moving to a large automatic labelling line.
Why Hire a BenchMAX from Rentafill?
Hiring is particularly useful when you need additional labelling capacity but cannot justify purchasing equipment.
A BenchMAX hire can suit:
- Short production runs and one-off jobs
- New product launches
- Seasonal increases in production
- Contract packing jobs
- Temporary production requirements
- Overflow while your existing labeller is at capacity
- Testing production volumes before moving to automatic equipment
- Businesses wanting professional label application without a large capital purchase
Rentafill offers short and long-term hire, Australia-wide freight and ongoing technical support throughout the hire.
Accurate Wrap Labelling for Round Bottles, Jars & Containers
The BenchMAX is designed specifically for round and cylindrical containers.
It is suitable for a wide range of packaging including:
Glass and plastic bottles, jars, beverage bottles, sauce bottles, cosmetic containers, pharmaceutical bottles, supplement containers, vials, tubes, cans, chemical containers, wine and spirit bottles and many other cylindrical products.
Standard machines handle containers up to approximately 110 mm diameter, with configurations available for larger containers up to approximately 250 mm diameter.
Small container adaptors may also be available for very small bottles and vials.
If you are unsure whether your container is suitable, send us a sample of your container and label and we can help determine the correct setup before the hire starts.
Single, Wrap-Around and Front & Back Labels
The BenchMAX is considerably more flexible than a basic bottle label applicator.
Wrap-Around Labels
Apply a single pressure-sensitive label around part or all of the circumference of a round bottle, jar or container.
Ideal for beverages, sauces, oils, cosmetics, chemicals and similar products.
Front & Back Labelling
Front-and-back labels can be applied during the same labelling operation when the labels are correctly arranged on the label roll.
This provides accurate and repeatable spacing between the front and rear labels without manually positioning each label.
Single Labels
The machine can also apply individual front labels or other single-label applications where a complete wrap is not required.
Clear Labels
The BenchMAX is compatible with opaque, translucent and clear pressure-sensitive labels.
Clear labels and unusual label stocks can behave differently depending on the backing material and construction, so we recommend supplying samples for testing where clear labels are being used.
BenchMAX Orientation Labelling
For products where the label needs to align with a particular feature on the container, BenchMAX machines can utilise an orientation system.
Depending on the application and hire configuration, the system can detect a feature such as an existing label, printed mark, embossing, notch or other container reference and rotate the product before applying the new label.
This is particularly useful for premium packaging where label positioning is important, including:
Wine and spirit bottles, cosmetic packaging, pump or spray containers, promotional labels, export labels, over-labelling and products with embossed or printed branding.
Please discuss orientation requirements with Rentafill when booking so we can confirm the appropriate machine and sensor configuration.
Built for Commercial Production
Unlike lightweight hobby label applicators, the BenchMAX is designed as a commercial production machine.
The machine is manufactured in Australia using an anodised aluminium body with food-grade stainless-steel shafts and fasteners.
Its compact footprint allows it to be positioned beside a filler, capper or packing station, making it possible to incorporate labelling into an existing production process without installing a complete automatic labelling line.
For many small and medium manufacturers, this makes a benchtop labeller an effective way of increasing output while keeping production flexible.
Ideal for Food, Beverage, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical & Contract Packing
The BenchMAX is particularly well suited to manufacturers who produce several product sizes or regularly change between production runs.
Typical applications include:
Food & beverage – sauces, oils, dressings, juices, beverages, preserves and jars.
Cosmetics & personal care – lotions, shampoos, creams, oils, serums and cosmetic bottles.
Pharmaceutical & nutraceutical – supplement bottles, pharmaceutical containers, vials and small cylindrical containers.
Wine, beer & spirits – bottles, cans, front-and-back labels and presentation-critical applications.
Chemical & industrial products – cleaners, automotive products, agricultural products and other cylindrical packaging.
Contract packers – a flexible benchtop labeller that can be changed between different customer products and production jobs.
Hire the BenchMAX Instead of Buying
If your labelling requirement is temporary, seasonal or still growing, purchasing a machine may not make commercial sense.
Rentafill allows you to access a commercial-quality benchtop bottle labelling machine without the upfront capital cost of purchasing equipment.
Hire the machine for the period you need it and return it when the production run is complete.
Longer-term hire is also available for businesses that need ongoing labelling capacity but prefer to keep equipment as an operating expense rather than purchasing machinery.
BenchMAX machines supplied by Rentafill are available for hire only and are not offered for sale.
Complete Filling, Capping & Labelling Equipment Hire
Need more than a labeller?
Rentafill can also supply complementary packaging machinery including:
Liquid filling machines, benchtop and automatic capping machines, induction sealers, printing and coding equipment, conveyors, rotary tables and other packaging equipment.
This means a BenchMAX can be hired individually or as part of a temporary production setup for filling, capping, labelling and coding your product.
