Asset AV3 twin is a heavy-duty Australian-built volumetric liquid filling machine suitable for filling liquids, pastes, or creams from 2.5ml – 1.25 litres.

The 2 head inline automatic filling machine is perfect for thin liquids to creams and can handle some products with soft suspended solids.

Asset AV3 is a simple filling machine designed to operate over a continuous running conveyor. It will handle a wide range of products from either floor tanks or overhead tanks. It is self-priming and does not require any additional pump feed.

Fully adjustable for volume and container, it has a wide range of accessories available to enable it to fill from 2.5mL to 1.25 litre.

It features diving nozzles to minimise foaming and is equipped with a bottle gating system and bottle sensing switches.

  • All contact parts are in 316 stainless steel and Teflon, making it suitable for food or pharmaceutical products.
  • Lockable castor wheels and/or stainless-steel floor levelling jacks.
