Capable of filling liquid volumes of any viscosity from 5ml to 1.25 litres, this filler is user-friendly, easy to clean, and robust and can be used to fill low viscous fluids through to thick creams.

The AV-3 is a high-quality, heavy-duty machine designed and built in Australia by Asset Packaging. Constructed from high-grade 316 stainless steel and PETP, this filler is suitable for food, industrial, and pharmaceutical applications.

A true all-rounder, the AV-3 will handle almost any wet product, including water, oil, pasta sauces, pastes, shampoos and conditioners, and thick creams. It can be hopper-fed for thick products or fitted with an inlet hose to draw free-flowing products directly from holding vessels, vats, or IBC.

Its smart design allows for all contact parts to be easily removed for cleaning without the need for tools. The AV-3 can also be optioned with nozzle attachments, including positive shut off (PSO) nozzles, plugs and suck-back nozzles.
