This upgraded FESTO DRVS-40 Rotary Actuator is designed specifically for the ICP-1 Benchtop Filler and the ICP-M2RV Automatic Filler, both engineered and built by ICP Packaging Machines Australia.
Unlike standard models, ICP replaces the factory steel shaft with a precision-machined stainless-steel splined shaft, custom-made in-house for enhanced strength, hygiene, and long-term durability in food, cosmetic, and chemical production environments.
Delivering approximately 20 Nm of torque at 6 bar, this actuator provides significantly more power and smoother motion than the SMC rotary actuators commonly found on competing fillers, which produce only around 15 Nm at 6 bar. The result is improved reliability, tighter fill control, and reduced maintenance over time.
