The ICP Rotary Actuator Assembly is a high-performance upgrade designed for demanding filling and packaging applications. At its core is the FESTO DRVS-40 rotary actuator, paired with ICP’s custom-engineered stainless-steel shaft — a robust replacement for the standard steel version to ensure exceptional strength and corrosion resistance in food, cosmetics, and industrial environments.
Delivering approximately 20 Nm of torque at 6 bar, this actuator assembly outperforms comparable systems used in the ASSET Fillers and RV-1 Fillers, which typically produce only 15 Nm at 6 bar. The result is smoother, more consistent motion and enhanced reliability under continuous operation.
