- Volume: What’s the filling volume? It could be anywhere from 100ml to 4 litres. This’ll determine the size of the machine.
- Quantity and timeframe: What quantity of product do you need to fill? How long do you have to complete this project? The equipment’s automation level will depend on the quantity and timeframe of the project.
Capping Machines

Labelling Machines

Sealing machines are a must for manufacturers who want to guarantee airtight quality. Easily adjusted and accessorised, sealing machines can work with a wide range of cap sizes and materials.
Ask yourself:
- Type of sealing: What sort of materials are you trying to seal? Does your product require a tamper seal? There are two types of sealing to choose from:
- Induction sealing heats the foil inside a cap, welding it to the plastic tube creating a tamper-evident seal.
- Tube sealing seals cosmetic tubes by welding the ends together. Large production machines use a heat injection technology to achieve this; smaller machines either use heat bars or ultrasonic technology, which uses friction to weld the plastic inside to out.
